Bullpen Eliminates Astros from Central Division Race

On this day in 2007, Wandy Rodriguez leaves the game after seven innings, leading 4-1. After Moeller took the loss in 11 innings the night before, Qualls and Lidge come in and give up two and four runs, respectively. It was Lidge's fifth blown save, and he gave up back-to-back homers with two outs. The Astros go on to lose 7-4, dropping them 10.5 games behind the Brewers, effectively eliminating them from making a run at the Central Division title in 2007.
